If you're lucky, there may be a moose outside the window. You live in between Ludvika and Borlänge. In winter, it is close to Romme Alpin and ski tracks in Gyllbergen's leisure area. In the summer, nature with lakes and the forest is very close.

Hello, and welcome to our home. We who rent out are Ninni & Greger and we live in the big house on the farm. You come to a cozy property, close to ski slopes, exercise tracks, trading area and adventure swimming. The property is scenic in the countryside and here you can enjoy peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The home is newly renovated with a fully-equipped kitchen and shower. I detta nyrenoverade hus anno 1700-talet hittar ni en varm och mysig atmosfär med vackra nejder i Byn Hovgården. Gångavstånd till bad, sjöar och slingriga stigar som väntar på att bli utforskade. Med bil når ni Romme Alpin eller Borlänge Centrum på 12 minuter. Även många andra vackra sevärdheter och naturreservat finns i närheten som till ex. Gyllbergen, Turistvägen Silverringen. Möjlighet att hyra cyklar, kanot, kayak och vedeldad bastu finns. Och vi delar gärna våra favorit platser med er:)

Simesstugan was built in 1894 and is part of an old farm called Simesgården with surrounding barns. The property has been in the family for many generations, and we see it as our second home and hope you get the same feeling. The kitchen has a large kitchen table with a kitchen sofa and chairs. The kitchen also has an old wood-burning stove that you are welcome to use; why not cook your food on it? The living room has a sofa and TV (Boxer), and for extra coziness, there is a tiled stove.

Cat is located in the house (however not during booked days/nights).

Unique place, great localication right by the lake. Teras with the sun for the whole day, so we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. Wonderful lake with possibility for SUP and fishing! Very nice neighbourhood for walking or running. We we amazed by the place! Huge plus that pets are allowed. One comment, in the localisation there is many cottages quite close to each other, so during the high season it might be little noisy. We spent there a weekend outside the highest season and it was super calm and silent.

We had a perfect stay at Maria's house. It is beautifully and adequately furnished, the possibility to enjoy the evenings on the terraces or the jetty - simply fantastic! Good running opportunities nearby. Maria always responded immediately and offered her help, a super hostess! We will be happy to come back!
