The cottage is located high. Sun much of the day/evening. Nature plot is shared with the main building. Neighbors are around, not close, and you can take care of yourself. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a mini kitchen as well as a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. 3 km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both close to the cabin and on Värmdö there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to grocery store. Two bicycles are available.

Shop is on the island so you can pack lightly, get out into the archipelago with the ferry that runs several times a day and just enjoy! Small motor boat included in the reservation. Located less than an hour from Stockholm City and conveniently available by public transport (bus 434 from Slussen). Enjoy our large garden, go swimming, or walk by the lake or the sea. For colder days we have both a sauna and a fireplace. Isolated and heated. Equipped with water for all amenities. Great base spot to reach several sections of the Stockholm Archipelago Trail.

The house sits on a substantial 2,000 sqm plot surrounded by peaceful natural scenery and near the idyllic Älvsalaviken. The generous terrace areas, which spans over 150 sqm, provides a perfect setting for outdoor living. It's equipped with a sizeable gas grill. For leisure and play, there are several lawns, a trampoline and swings. Wood-fired hot tub available for a surcharge.
