The studio is attached to my home, but you have your own private entrance and entire space to yourself. Key features include: a private bathroom with a brand new gorgeous tile shower, an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings to optimize the space, as well as a brand new custom built kitchen with everything you need!

The kitchen features white cabinetry with dark handles, complemented by a countertop with small appliances including a toaster and a coffee maker. A light-colored wall with two framed art pieces adds visual interest, while warm hardwood flooring runs throughout the space.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The townhome is gorgeous, with direct and easy access to the lake—such a peaceful and scenic spot. We especially loved the screened-in patio and the balcony—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Brian was incredibly responsive, and check-in/check-out were a breeze. When we needed to extend our stay by an extra day, he got back to us right away and made it happen without any hassle. We truly can’t recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to coming back on our next trip to Nashville!

This lovely home provided our best AIRbnb stay ever! Gorgeous location on a golf course, beautifully appointed and well designed space. Great communication with Evolve and the owner. Our stay could not have been better and I will always check first to see if this unit is available when we visit Tennessee!

Beautiful home. Clean and very spacious. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed.
