Thanks to the host, I was able to feel that the trip could be warm and enjoyable rather than the sights of Milan. They always cared about everything and took care of it. Perfect home. Very quiet neighborhood. Free parking and always available. Fabulous shower and beautiful and very well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. If I have to find a flaw: pillows to be replaced. Fabulous stay. I've never seen the host but we did everything online. Fantastic door and gate opening with your mobile phone. No keys: a joy! Fair price!

We stayed at this apartment for one night during a layover before driving to Florence, and it was a great choice. The property is spacious and well-maintained, located in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and charming streets perfect for a stroll. We really appreciated the convenient parking just around the corner. Our host Luca was very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. A perfect spot for a short stay!

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

Cinzia is a very good-natured and very kind host. She lives downstairs. Her house has two balconies, full of flowers. The house has a lot of books. It is a home full of flowers and books. One night when we were in Milan, she prepared us endless food, yogurt, sparkling water, still water, juice, milk, and a basket of fruit and red, white, and pink wine, which made us feel spoiled, and we didn't have to go to the supermarket to shop, thank you so much.

The house was extremely comfortable for a trip to Milan. Laura explained everything in full and complete. The house is fully compatible with the images. Transportation was very close to the metro without problems. We had a nice time in the perfectly clean well organized apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Huge nice and clean apartment in a nice area, nice restaurant found and had quickly an Uber to the center of Milan, the arrival was nice and the instructions were clear could safely park the car and we got very good tips on nice eateries nearby, huge thanks for the hospitality and we will definitely be back.

Absolute recommendation! The apartment is sparkling clean and perfectly equipped. Beautiful and modern furnishings. We made a stopover here on the way back from southern Italy, Ivan greeted us personally and gave us tips. The communication was very friendly.

Thank you for a wonderful stay on Lake Orta! Carla was extremely helpful and friendly and the property was perfect for my and my daughter's needs. We had everything we needed, plus the location right on the lake, within an easy walk to the town, but far enough away from the centre to enjoy the peace and quiet, was ideal. Having parking and not having to drive through the town's narrow streets to access the property made life a lot easier.

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

We had a great time, just the arrival was a little complicated. The instructions were clear but the GPS didn't work, very narrow paved road and a really not easy to navigate slope. Beautiful apartment overlooking the lake, swimming pool a little cold, shame, terrace that lacks a little privacy. Very good restaurant "baba du lac" where we ate for not very much, I would highly recommend it! City that is not a ferry to Varenne so have to take the car otherwise accessible for other cities, count 1h/1h30 of travel on the lake. Tourist tax 1 euro/person to be counted and paid in cash on arrival. I didn't find Irene very smiling when I arrived but she explained the accommodation, the access and responded quickly to messages. Thank you.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

We stayed at the property for four days and enjoyed the time very much. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and there is everything you need. It's also worth walking to the village and strolling through the small alleys. Down on the main road there is a small delicatessen, which appealed to us very much. Within 10 minutes you are in Stresa and in 20 minutes in Arona, where you can shop well. We will be happy to come back!
