There is a double bed, 160 cm, as well as a sofa bed suitable for two people, 160 cm. With us, the beds are always made when you arrive. Dining table with four chairs. The cottage is secluded on the property of the hosts. Private patio. Swimming area and fishing opportunities about 300 m away. Ideal for those looking for a home outside the city center in a quiet & relaxing environment.

Here you live as in the countryside with beautiful nature and rich bird life, but still very central! Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for 150kr per set. Final cleaning is also not included but can be purchased for SEK 300. Otherwise, you can easily clean yourself. Equipment is available. Beautiful Wämöparken is close by with nice hiking trails. The sleeping loft has a 140 cm wide bed, and so is the sofa a sofa bed (160 cm) that can also be used. Close to Dragsö Camping, Saltö beach and to the city center. Free parking in the area. The guest house is located detached on the plot, next to the main property. Private entrance. There is access to chromecast TV but no channels.

Overlooking the Borgmästarfjärden, this nice house has two floors. On the newly renovated upper level there are 4 bedrooms with room for 2-3 guests per room. All rooms have windows with sea view. On the lower level there is a bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room, a large living room, kitchen with plenty of space to eat and hang out in, with exit to the patio and way down to the jetty that has room for 2 boats. Here, you can find relaxation but still be close to the city's offerings

Ylva and Gustav were excellent hosts! Any issues or questions we had were responded to quickly and resolved promptly. The house was beautiful with a lovely garden - perfect for young kids to play in with a climbing frame, swings, trampoline and various toys (both outside and inside). The house is perfect for a young family. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and cozy apartment that was in walking distance to Kalmar city center. Quiet and cozy neighborhood with good opportunity for parking right outside the home. We ate out every day, but there was a great opportunity to cook for ourselves.

Booking was quickly confirmed, instructions from check-in to check-out clear. Also the directions to the arrival perfect. Small supermarket nearby. We felt right at home. Beautiful view. Parking space available, is clearly recognizable as a guest parking space. We left everything as we found it, we separated the garbage and left it in the apartment, as communicated in the instructions, hope that was also suitable. I'd love to come back, it was a pleasant, uncomplicated stay. Perfect for transit.

The accommodation was clean and fresh and felt larger than in the pictures. Cozy cottage with peaceful and quiet surroundings. Sheets, towels and everything needed for cleaning was available.

Warm, likeable and wonderful hosts. We felt very comfortable and immediately took Brana & Anders into our hearts. The place was lovely and there were flowers in the kitchen and lavender in the living room and bedroom to welcome us. We were allowed to snack on tomatoes, physalis and raspberries from the garden. The tips for excursions were good and the surrounding area is wonderful.

Good overnight stay for workers, appropriate distance to Mörrum's use. Clean and nice in quiet area! Very good hosts who responded quickly and were able to help in case anything was missing (in our case pot)! Recommended for others and would use it again!
