On a 1000 m² enclosed plot, air-conditioned villa, renovated in 2018, very nice sea view, large private pool protected by an electric shutter. It is only a few meters from the sea and its two large beaches. 25 km from Calvi, 40 min from L'Ile Rousse, in the Scandola reserve at the foot of the GR20 and in the Fangu valley with its breathtaking river offering natural pools in the middle of wild and sumptuous landscapes. Restaurants and shops are right next door.

It's a family home. In the middle of the maquis. It is not bordered by the road, so it's ideal for children. The river is about a 5-minute walk away. You will find simple comfort (3 bedrooms), and rustic charm. A typical Corsican house, with thick walls, with no neighbors. It is located a few hundred meters from the hiking trails (Tra mare e monti). Bordered by dry stone gardens and surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. A peaceful place. Simply.
