Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

We spent 4 days with family in Rafaella's house. It was his daughter, Chiara, who was in contact with us before, during and after our stay. Chiara was extraordinarily kind and caring. She patiently guided us on our journey so that we could enjoy the beauties of Tuscany. Attentive and responsive, Chiara was much more than just a contact, she brightened our stay and it is largely thanks to her that it was so pleasant. The villagers are charming and polite and you can get a few groceries in the village grocery store (run by a cousin of Rafaella) The only difficulty we faced was the language barrier. But with a little French, a little Spanish, a few words of Italian and gestures, you can still make yourself understood. Casa di Bruna is ideally located for different excursions (Cinq Terres, Pisa, La Spezia, etc.) We recommend this property. Chris

Just returned from an amazing, fun and relaxing week at Nicole and Gunnar's house in Tuscany. Was perfect for our 2 families - peaceful, beautiful and unbelievably well equipped (everything we needed in the kitchen was there, which is rare in our experience!). We loved the pool, gym, the view, the dining space and the fire/oven. All extremely well looked after. Nicole and Gunnar were the perfect hosts, ensuring we had all we need and guiding us on the best local places. Lovely people with a very high standard of care, which hopefully guests reciprocate. We hope to return and see you again! Thanks so much, Mark, Bobbi, Laura, Tom and family.

I confirm all previous reviews. Beautiful house, very nice veranda, very convenient parking. Fully equipped, lots of good taste and personality.

Giuliano was welcoming us very nicely. The appartement is large, very clean, everything needed was available. And many thanks for welcoming us with all regional specialities 😁 On the location: it is in a very small village, which means you need to take the car to buy anything - and the car needs to be parked a bit down the street -> not an issue at all for us, just do not be surprised, it goes with the charm of the small village
