Our stay in Joāo's apartment was wonderful. The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished and there is nothing missing. There is a supermarket just around the corner and the beach is only a stone's throw away. The town and the surrounding villages offer a lot to discover and explore. Check in and check out were very straightforward, even without personal contact. We can definitely recommend this accommodation and would love to come back!

Great location - a short stroll to the main areas of the historic centre. It was on the top floor, so there were several sets of stairs to climb. Dina was the local property manager and she was very helpful and attentive. Aveiro was a gorgeous town with very friendly people. Recommend getting town maps from the Art Nouveau museum on Day 1. Also the boat trip was made better by the entertaining hostess - otherwise it could be boring. Overall, a wonderful experience- highly recommend this apartment.

Très bien situé dans le centre d'Aveiro, vue sur le canal, le logement est très bien équiper pour passer un séjour agréable et paisible, pas de bruit de voisinage, literie confortable, important après des journées fatiguantes... Wir sind herzlich von Elsa empfangen worden, obwohl wir mit einer Stunde Verspätung abends angekommen sind. Das war für Elsa überhaupt kein Problem. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt. Elsa ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Sie bot uns jederzeit weitere Hilfe an. Die Verständigung ging nur über Übersetzer App, da Elsa nur portugiesisch spricht. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Es mangelte an nichts, selbst Strandtücher, Windschutz und Sonnenschirm standen zur Verfügung. Die Lage direkt am Badestrand mit Zugang zur Mole und direkt neben dem Leuchtturm Farol do Aveiro ist erwähnenswert. Allerdings fehlte uns persönlich die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen oder zu frühstücken. Restaurants, Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Woche, die wir in Elsas Wohnung verbringen durften.

Fomos em quatro pessoas em novembro/2024… Casa limpa , com ótima localização próxima do centro de figueira , próxima de mercado , bairro tranquilo . Quartos arrumados e a comunicação com o anfitrião sempre muito flexível. Recomendo a casa!

Very nice apartment. Joana was very friendly and quick to respond. The landscape is absolutely beautiful and the environment offers great birdwatching oppurtunities. There are many options for daytrips and nice casual restaurants to be reached on foot. Will definetely return.

Bel endroit calme et paisible. Très nature et en même temps pas loin des visites : Aveiro et bord de mer. Maison atypique et écologique. Parfait ! Andréa nous a fait un bon accueil et est très à l'écoute de nos demandes. Nous recommandons sans problème !

Estadia maravilhosa! O espaço era extremamente acolhedor, impecavelmente limpo e muito confortável. A piscina foi, sem dúvida, um dos pontos altos, perfeita para relaxar. O nosso patudo também adorou a experiência, o espaço era completamente vedado o que fez com que ele pudesse explorar à vontade sem termos de nos preocupar. Na casa tínhamos disponível um livrinho com sugestões de atividades, restaurantes, serviços e cartões com contatos de restaurantes. O Sr. António foi um anfitrião exemplar: sempre muito educado, disponível e prestável, o que contribuiu para uma experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendo vivamente!

Brīnišķīga vieta atpūtai un relaksācijai! Mājoklī ir viss nepieciešamais, ļoti labi aprīkota virtuve. Mājokļa vislielākaiss pluss ir okeāna tuvums, no terases var vērot saulrietu. Mūms ļoti patika, noteikti brauktu uz šo māju atkārtoti! Mazliet prieku sabojāja uzkopšanas personāls, sieviete bija nelaipna, tas mums radīja dskomfortu pirms pašas došanās prom. Mums bija palikusi neiznesta miskaste uz ko mums norādīja un lika aiznest, piebilstot, varat jau nenests, bet tad paaugstināsim maksu par uzkopšanu. Bet pati māja, lokācija un saimniece - viss bija brīnišķīgi!

in general, this is a very good place to stay in. Hugo is nice but not very responsive. the place has a unique vibe since it set up as a small village rather then a house. meaning the toilets are out side the house. water pressure is very low so we had to take woderfull baths. the soccer table did not had balls to play with and that room was rather dirty. the water are not good for drinking and the closest place to get water is 15 min. drive. too bad he didn't mention that. the house had an odd smell of old people's house. can use some refreshment. other then that it is really an excellent place to stay in.

We arrived and in felt like home. My daughter's loved the special cake that Marta left for us upon arrival. The house is well equipped with everything you need and more. The bathtub was a favorite, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax and people watch. The beach is only steps away, along with places to grab a snack. We used the bikes for a fun ride and my daughter loved the game room area to read and do crafts. Something for everyone in a picture perfect location. The entire home was impeccable. Thank you Marta for your warm hospitality and attention to detail.

We had a lovely week at the house and the surrounding nature. The house was beautifully located, well equipped and clean! Although we had very rainy weather during our stay, we still enjoyed beautiful hikes and the house offered a cosy refuge for us. La casa es agradable, muy amplia y limpia. Hemos pasado 3 días en familia con nuestra mascota y no nos falto de nada en ella. Las recomendaciones de Inés fueron muy acertadas y el sitio es tranquilo y fácil de visitar. El clima acompañó bastante nuestra estancia y nos amenizó las noches para dormir. Sin duda, la descripción de la casa y del sitio es 100% fiable y por supuesto, la recomiendo seguro.

el apartamento de sergio esta impecable, tal y como sale en las fotos, el baño turko una pasada, el espacio de barbacoa tambien, todo en general, a 8 minutos del centro, super bien ubicado y facil de llegar, sergiio muy amable, atento y contesta rapidisimo, mi pareja y yo lo pasemos genial, seguro que volveremos.

Even though it is listed as being in Figueira da Foz, it is actually in the neighbourhood of Buarcos. Much better. More authentic. You are steps away from the beach. Daniel and Elisabete are a nice, hardworking couple. Very friendly. The place is perfect, quiet and in the old part of town. You are within the old remparts. Nice walks and beach strolls all around. Lidl supermarket 5 minutes away. The terrace is beautiful. Big plus. I definitely recommend this place.

Excelente! Um sitio muito bom para passar férias. A casa está lindíssima , com tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas semanas de férias . A vista que temos do Oceano é maravilhosa. O senhor António é muito atencioso . Super recomendo.

Un apartamento de 10! Todo prácticamente a estrenar, las terrazas inmejorables con tumbonas y sillas cómodas, y la vivienda con todo detalle. Sandra es una anfitriona cariñosa y atenta, pendiente de que nuestra estancia sea perfecta.. Las tardes de bruma las hemos podido suplir con disfrutar del maravilloso sofá y terraza. Muito obrigado por tudo!

Diana was an amazing host. Her communication was quick and polite. I had a flight delay and arrived a day late and she was very accommodating. The house was modern and spotless. There are some fantastic local restaurants near to the flat. The sea is very close. I fear this will become a very popular flat in the future and one will need to book along time in advance. I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect location for a solo traveler, staying just one night in Coimbra. what I loved was how walkable the apartment was to everything, from the city center to the gardens to the university. And then all of the river walk being so accessible and close was a huge bonus. I really enjoyed my overnight here and found the apartment to have what I needed. Eduardo and Manuela were responsive and helpful!

Wir habe noch nie eine so gepflegte, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung erlebt. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Fotos. Es gibt einen großen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Der Vermieter Manuel hat sich proaktiv gekümmert und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Lage ist direkt am Hauptstrand von Esmoriz, nur durch die Uferstrasse getrennt. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass Ende August direkt vor dem Haus ein Jahrmarkt mit entsprechender Lautstärke am Nachmittag und Abend stattfindet.

Ana is a very friendly host. She gave clear instructions about how to get to the appartment and always answered my questions. The appartment was very nice and clean. It is located at walking distance from the ferry to Aveiro.
