Perfect for cyclists (but it is necessary to climb our mountain) or visitors to the beautiful city of Würzburg /hikers who want to roam the surrounding vineyards. 1.40 bed + 1.20 sofa bed with topper. Baby equipment on request. The apartment is new + fully equipped. Tips regarding restaurant/breakfast are of course also available on request :-) Large parking right outside the door. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Mone welcomed us hospitably and immediately presented the apartment to us in an uncomplicated way. This was sparkling clean and very well equipped with two shower rooms and a large kitchen. The mattresses in the beds were also very good, no nasty surprise with sagging or steel springs in the cross. The apartment is wonderfully quiet in an old courtyard, with seating in the courtyard, right on the beautiful Main. From there you can immediately cycle or hike in the vineyards. Würzburg, with all the advantages of an old royal and now university city, can fulfill all urban wishes with art and culture, restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. We felt very comfortable! Thank you!

Very nice place. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, but we would have liked to spend a few more days there. Perfect with kids.

We were very pleased with the apartment and felt comfortable. Check-in worked without any problems and the apartment looked like the photos. Communication with Peter was great, he always responded quickly and always found a solution quickly in case of problems. So, all in all, very satisfied

Karsten's apartment is in a wonderful, practically new condition. It is located in a small apartment building and can be entered via the small garden or via the apartment entrance. Karsten was more than helpful and really thought of everything. There were even USB storage devices and a small portable battery. The kitchen was nicely decorated. I also liked the idea of combining the WLAN code and all restaurant/bakery/etc. recommendations with QR codes in a folder. It really couldn't be better. The location in the small town is beautifully quiet. Würzburg is quickly reached and definitely worth a trip. We felt very comfortable here and would come back any time if we were to come to this area again. Thank you Karsten.
