Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

The cottage (‘härbre’ in Swedish) is one of several small outbuildings in a picturesque setting. The building is from the 19th century. The lower floor has been carefully renovated using traditional building preservation methods. There is a kitchenette with cold water, a fridge and a hob. The outdoor toilet is just a few steps away. The shower is in the main building. The forest is just around the corner with good opportunities for shorter or longer walks. Free parking.

Our first guest used the farm as a writing cabin for a documentary. The couple who came after wanted to visit the Swedish countryside and was hoping for a bear (note: there are no bears here). Welcome to our guest house The cottage is located on our farm with the nature around the knot, in the middle of a historical environment, 8 minutes by car from the city center and with terrain tracks for hiking, running or MTB bike outside the door. The farm lives in addition to us, a dog and two cats. In summer there is a trampoline, games in the garden as well as a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
