On the property, there is a swing for friends, as well as apple and cherry trees. Rowboat access in the summer for a lovely day on the lake. About 2–3 kilometers (1.2–1.9 miles) away is Sandviksbadet, which has a sandy beach. Approximately 20 km (12 miles) to Ica Maxi in Eskilstuna.

You have access to your own apartment on the upper floor of the south wing building. There you have 3 rooms and a kitchen as well as a small patio near the accommodation. Hagbyholm Farm operates an agricultural business. While enjoying the tranquility of the countryside, you live relatively close to activities, shops, shopping and restaurants. Welcome to our guest house. The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historic environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with off-road trails for hiking, running or MTB biking outside the door. In the yard, besides us, there is a dog and two cats. In summer, there is a trampoline, board games in the garden and a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
