The flower garden(butterfly garden)of the cottage offers a lot of privacy and is located right under the corn mill ,t Lam. Come here relaxed with your sweetheart, away from the hustle and bustle, you will find peace and quiet here and you will wake up to the girls, blackbirds and sparrows.(sometimes Sunday of the church bells). Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Gelegen op een kleinschalig particulier parkje waar wij ook nog een ander vakantiehuisje verhuren, genaamd; Familie Buitenhuys. Vanuit de woning kijk je uit over de velden en dijk aan het Markermeer: Nederland in zijn puurste vorm! De woning is gericht op comfort (er is vloerverwarming) maar met leuke, eigenzinnige details en een speelse indeling. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.

The studio has a king-size bed, a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom and plenty of storage space. Parking is available at the cottage itself, provided you have a small car. Otherwise, we would like to refer you to the free and spacious parking lot at the harbor. You can store your bicycles in the garden that belongs to the guesthouse.

Our house on the Koggeplaet in Elahuizen has a beautiful unobstructed view over the Fluessen, with a terrace on the lake. There is also a terrace at the harbor and a sheltered seating area! Our house is in the middle of the water sports area of Friesland. A beautiful place for sailing, swimming, cycling, hiking or skating! And a golf course and the forest are also close by! From July 4 to September 5, we rent our house per week (or several weeks). Arrival and departure day is Friday.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.
