Living comforts in one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands. Southwest Friesland. The house is located on the outskirts of the woods and only 5 minutes from the IJsselmeer. Hiking, bikes, water sports, golfing, terraces or just nothing at all! This is possible and this is the case! You are more than welcome to experience this unique place!

Our 8 pers. (4 adults /4 children (< 16 years old) /max 1 dog) holiday home has been completed this summer in 2023 and completely new: luxuriously finished and complete with all amenities. The house has a beautiful view of the Fluessenmeer and has a large garden where children can play cozy. Within walking distance is a cozy harbor with a nice Eetcafé de Fluessen and it is also possible to rent sloops, sailboats, etc. In 7 min you will be in Balk of Woudsend and in 20 minutes already in Sneek!

"Frisian green" has 10 large sun panels on the roof and claims to have all of its energy from the sun next to the stove. The house is ideal for 4 vacationers (max 6 people).
