Newly renovated guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bicycles to borrow.

Located next to the main property but is detached. Garden and field views. Limited visibility from the property. Equipment consists of new appliances such as refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave and combined washer/dryer. All new models. Fresh kitchen and bathroom. In the sleeping loft, one flight up, you will find two comfortable beds. Heating through waterborne underfloor heating.

Scenic accommodation in the middle of Skåne

Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. Nature into the knot, at Fyledalen nature reserve on the border of Österlen. 2 km to summerland Tosselilla, 7 km to swimming lake, 18 kilometers to Ystad and the sea. Attefallhuset is small but well equipped. The sofa converts to king size bed. With extra bed(s), 4 can stay here if you can have a little cramped. Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Here in the adjacent side wing of the idyllic, secluded courtyard, near the village of Skåne Tranås, is located next to the main house to be rented, our second, smaller apartment, the "Alte Tischlerei". The apartment (approx. 40 sqm) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for e.g. a couple with a child is provided. The space is heated by an air-air heat pump.

The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!
