The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. On the farm there are horses, cats, chickens and a small companion dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we offer breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Please let us know your wishes well in advance.

Attefallhuset is small but well equipped. The sofa converts to king size bed. Suitable for 2 but with extra bed(s) 3-4 can stay here if you don't mind it being a bit cramped. The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
