Lovingly furnished 88 square meters, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room. 20 meters from the property is a small lake for swimming and fishing.

The Four Lakes are all within walking distance of about 200m: Stolpsee with beautiful bathing area, sunbathing lawn, volleyball and playground Moderfitzsee also with nice bathing area and sunbathing lawn Haussee with jetty at the monastery church Sidowsee, ideal for joggers and hikes. The circumnavigation covers about 2.5 km The house is centrally located in the village.

On the 1st floor above there is another apartment, which is also partly used privately in summer. See the notes below.
