Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

A stay in a stork village 1

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Wonderful place in the vastness of the Uckermark

Small cottage in the Uckermark on a historic four-sided farm in a secluded location. The house is designed very openly, it has two floors and a sleeping loft. Ideally suited for 2 people. Third sleeping place available. Comfortable and tastefully equipped. Large idyllic farm garden to relax. The farm is very quiet on a dirt road on the edge of a nature reserve. Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle are very close.

Accommodation "Baalensee" close to nature with shower & toilet

On a hill, nestled by old trees, stands 1 of 3 unconventional huts with 2 beds each. In any weather (except in winter), the cabin can offer camping friends, cyclists or last-minute guests an overnight stay as an alternative to the tent. Just a sleeping bag and a towel in your luggage. The comfort consists of a roof over your head, a place to sleep, a nice campfire and a warm outdoor shower with separate toilet.

The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.

The new vacation home is located just 200 meters from Lake Röblin. The immediate surroundings with several lakes and forests invite you to cycle, hike, swim or simply relax. The house is ideally suited for up to 4 people with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 1.60 m each). The house has a small (partly wild) garden with terrace and a balcony with lake view.

Vacation at Stechlinsee (Benny)

Haus Benny is one of three newly created holiday houses on a property at Lake Stechlin in Neuglobsow. The Dagow- and Stechlinsee is in walking distance. Since we have a dog ourselves, pets are of course also allowed with us. Our houses are comfortably furnished and everything should actually be available for a nice vacation.
