This luxurious 48 m2 apartment+19m2 balcony is in the center of town, 2 mins from a ski lift, 5 mins from the main street. It features a fully equipped chefs kitchen open onto a spacious living area complete with fireplace and large outdoor terrace. The modern bathroom has both a spa bathtub with jacuzzi and separate shower with rain-head. We are also owners of the FLYZermatt paragliding business. Despite located in the building basement, it is bright and from the large window you can enjoy a surprising Matterhorn view. Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. It is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

Dorfzentrum, Bahnhof, Bus- und Skistation in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.  Achtung, in der Nebensaison wird in der Nachbarschaft gebaut.

In the summer of 2020, we renovated our studio. It is located in a prime location approx. a 5-minute walk from Zermatt train station and the Gornergratbahn. The balcony offers beautiful views over the village. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has a bathtub, a 1.80 m bed, a seating area and a small dining table. TV with Apple TV box (no cable TV!) & Wi-Fi are available. The house has an elevator and a ski storage room.

Stylishly furnished and well equipped the apartment includes a dedicated workspace with 2 desk lamps ( with integrated wireless phone chargers). New kitchen in 2021 with all new appliances etc. Possibly the best location in Zermatt.

The the property is a late-checkout, late-check-in type apartment. Check out is at 2pm and check in is after 6.30 pm (we'll be happy to provide earlier check-in if the schedule allows it).
