Nice townhouse with 4 rooms

Nice home with room for fun and games. There are 4 rooms (one without a bed), 1 large bathroom and 1 toilet. There is a nice little garden with a trampoline, gas grill and garden table, sofa and chairs. There is an open kitchen, family room, living room. everything is in good condition and well furnished. However, the floor creaks a little and the doors stick, as it is not a new house. But it is nice and pleasant to be here. You get the house alone, but when it's not rented out, I live here myself with my two children. There will therefore be private things in the home.

The house is a stone's throw from the S-train station, from where you can quickly reach Copenhagen. It is located in the heart of Farum, extremely close to everything: lots of inlet options within walking distance; and close to forest and lake. It's quiet and peaceful. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor and a large bathroom on the 1st floor. The house is newly renovated. Free parking when you register electronically ( I'll make sure of that).

Our house is located in the idyllic Kirke Værløse. 3 km from the S-train and 25 minutes by car to Copenhagen. Possibility for both nature and city experiences. Also ideal for road cycling and mountain biking. The house is on 2 floors and has a cozy courtyard with lounge area, hammock and trampoline. On the ground floor is a living room with a large lounge sofa, a modern kitchen with dining area and garden view, bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. Small apartment with kitchenette, large terrace, bathtub, lovely light and lovely tranquility. Two beds (140x200 and 90x200) in the bedroom. Living room with sofa and dining/working table. You are welcome to move one bed into the living room and sleep separately if you are 2. Covered parking, easy to get to by car. 12 min walk to Farum st. 5 min walk to Farum town square with shopping and various shops and eateries. The apartment is part of a larger apartment, so the entrance and entrance are shared with the apartment upstairs.

Welcome to our little annex from 1812. The annex is a nice home kept in a relaxed style. It is located in beautiful surroundings right up to the forest and lake, and is perfect as a quiet workspace or as a quiet guest house. It's an older house that has everything you need. Lovely double bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a nice big corner sofa and fireplace. The living room is located up an inhabited room, which is not part of the rental.

The house is just 100 m from the old Værløse Air Base, now a quiet nature area with trails, fields, and birdsong. Terraced house from 2019, located in a scenic location at the old Værløse air base and close to Søndersø. The townhouse is 102 m2, spread over two floors. It is about 25 minutes to Copenhagen by train from Måløv station or 25 minutes by car. Use the DOT app to buy tickets. There are two parking spaces right outside the door. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from the house's west-facing garden. Parties or smoking/e-cigarettes are not allowed, shoes inside are also not allowed.
