The house is just 100 m from the old Værløse Air Base, now a quiet nature area with trails, fields, and birdsong. It has two floors, terraces, and access to a large shared rooftop terrace with sunset views. We live in a small co-housing community with two other families. Søndersø lake, Hareskoven forest, and a train to Copenhagen (25 min) are nearby.

Welcome to our little annex from 1812. The annex is a nice home kept in a relaxed style. It is located in beautiful surroundings right up to the forest and lake, and is perfect as a quiet workplace or as a quiet guest house. It's an older house that has everything you need. Nice double bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a nice large corner sofa and fireplace. The living room is next to an inhabited room, which is not part of the rental.
