Beachfront vacation rentals in Fuorigrotta, Naples

We had a nice stay with the family. Communication with our host has always been good, cordial and very responsive in case of any issues or questions. The apartment is well located on the coast with magnificent views of the sea and the Bay of Naples (from the balcony and children's room side) and Mount Vesuvius (from the living room side). The apartment is large, bright, well maintained and fairly well-equipped. The nearby beach is nice. There are shops nearby. The only annoying point was the difficulty finding parking for our car on weekend nights (Friday to Sunday). If you come by car, it is probably wise to use the parking offered by the host.

Marco’s apartment was perfect. It is a very good size and well equipped. There are outstanding views from the terrace. On my arrival it was raining heavily & dark so I asked Marco if he could recommend anywhere nearby to eat. He made some good suggestions but also let me know he could arrange delivery of food from his own restaurant which is what I opted for - best choice ever !! The food and the service were outstanding so I did the same the following night. Marco was fantastic as a host. Whenever I messaged he responded almost straight away & was so helpful. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Procida & hopefully I’ll return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Giuseppe’s place. The roof top terrace was a particular highlight. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and we liked the location, so close to the port.

Great location, safe and walkable to metro, bus stops, restaurants, grocery and shopping. The host was amazing, very responsive and nice. I enjoyed my time here!

Amazing stay, perfect for the two of us. Vincenzo is a super nice and cool guy. He arranged transportation to and from the airport. Walked us through the apartment at arrival and ensured we were taken care of. The apartment is a great place, if you want to walk, you can. If you need a taxi, it's right outside. Subway across the street as well. We were invited to his restaurant, probably the best one we went to during our stay. Would definitely go back, Vincenzo is an awesome host!

This apartment is definitely recommended. Salvatore always helped me with questions and was always ready to help me with tips and excursion destinations. We would come back!

From the moment we booked, Francescopaolo was in touch asking if we needed him to arrange ANYTHING prior to our arrival. He sent so much informative information and this was so helpful when deciding where to go and what to do. He is a wonderful man and will help you with anything you need. The location is perfect to get to the ferry that will take you to the other islands. The home is very secure and private. Luckily, there is an elevator for your luggage so you do not need to bring it up and down the stairs. The bathrooms are a little small however, this is to be expected in a home that was built over 700 years ago. The view from this home is absolutely breathtaking. The beauty of the terrace is exactly as it is pictured. In my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful terraces in Minori. Thank you francescopaolo for sharing your beautiful home. This villa was 10x more stunning in real life than in the photos! It’s extremely quiet, private, and in a great location. The grocery store was very conveniently located, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners and enjoy gorgeous sunsets every night. After a long trip, I usually am ready to get home, but I truly did not want to leave this place. Our hosts were quick to communicate, friendly, and professional. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

My fiancé and I had the best time staying here in Positano. While there are a lot of stairs, the view in itself is well worth it. We made sure to try and go only up the stairs once per day, which helped. It is super close to the main point of town, and there is even a little sandwich/food spot that has wine, fresh mozzarella, fruit, etc. that we bought to bring up to the room to make our own dinners. Francesca was also super responsive and helpful when it came to arriving in Positano a little early and our early checkout time. She gave local recommendations and her dad was also super sweet! Unfortunately we did not have time to check out the private beach but from what we saw it looked super nice. The deck was awesome, too, and we sat out on the swinging chair multiple nights in a row. If you’re thinking about booking this place, do it! We will definitely be back should we find ourselves in Positano again!

Chiara was outstanding and so responsive . Beautiful home and pool garden with spectacular panoramic view of ocean and town area. Incredibly helpful and very friendly staff . Alessandro ( ? spelling ) a total delight was very informative and friendly and responsive to all our needs. This is a well run Airbnb home that will satisfy the most critical of guests. Great location for all adventures that one would plan to explore the island i.e. food , incredible botanical gardens ( across the road from the house ) , visiting thermal hot springs , hiking the trails etc etc etc Cant go wrong with renting this place ..................... We had a lovely stay! The apartment was great, the view was breathtaking! The market is a 15 minute walk up hill but a wonderful walk back down hill! The bus is great, they left us 2 tickets which we used to go into Amalfi and it was a great experience to learn how to use the bus! They recommend a boat tour and helped arrange it, it was so magical, if you have the opportunity definitely do it!! We would be happy to go back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Alessio’s place in the Mergellina district of Naples. It was a last-minute reservation, but Alessio was very quick to respond and made the experience fun and enjoyable. Alessio’s place was clean and comfortable, and located in a safe and picturesque area near the waterfront. Alessio himself was friendly and personable, and offered lots of helpful suggestions for restaurants and insights into life in Naples. It’s an amazing city! If you have the chance to go, we highly recommend that you book with Alessio. It’s well worth it.

Very lovely apartment, close to town square with lots of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this place to stay. Train access into Napoli is only a 15 minute walk away. Very easy!

The entrance to the vast living room immediately gives you the feeling that when you are at home you will feel like a king. And so you can start your next day well or know to come home in the evening with an always positive mood. Maria Linda’s place was beautiful just as described, clean and very comfortable. It’s is located on a busy street but has easy access to the water with a beautiful view. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby as well! Maria Linda was very kind, hospitable and responsive. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Maria Linda!

My daughter and me had a super time! The apartment is very special, super nice and comfortable. The communication with Sara's father was extraordinary easy, he had very good advices from him and felt immediately like at home. I can highly recomment it - the train station is close, the boats for the tours to Capri, Positano and Amalfi right across the street and the beach only a footwalk away - there are also some good restaurants nearby.

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. Galdino greeted us at the door of the apartment, gave us instructions for getting to the nearby islands, food and transportation recommendations. The apartment was very clean and well located, in a quiet area. He allowed us to leave our luggage. I highly recommend it.
