L'appartamento si trova a Capo Testa, frazione di Santa Teresa Gallura. E' costituito da camera matrimoniale, bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura ed è stato recentemente ristrutturato. Dispone di parcheggio all'aperto non custodito e si trova a poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Capo Testa è una piccola penisola che si allunga nelle Bocche di Bonifacio, conosciuta per il suo splendido mare, le caratteristiche cale, le maestose rocce di granito.
