Excellent! We had an amazing time at this house. The pool and garden are spectacular: spacious, well maintained and in perfect condition. The best thing of all was the balcony, ideal for enjoying the outdoors at any time of day. The house itself is super spacious, comfortable and with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Definitely a place to go back to. Highly recommended!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos and as described. It can comfortably accommodate seven people. The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and all beds have new mattresses. The park, pool and barbecue are excellent. Communication with Mauritius was very smooth. There is a very well-stocked supermarket with good prices 450 meters away, and the community drinking water tank is 50 meters away. We would definitely come back!

The stay was amazing. It had all the comforts, especially in a quiet, familiar place and just a few minutes from the city. We were amazed by the accommodation and Marcela gave us an excellent treatment. Very good hosts and the place 110% recommended.

To note: Very good apartment, with an unbeatable location, close to everything, a few blocks from downtown Rosario and just one block from the Paraná River. The owners are always very attentive, responding instantly, even at late hours. The building's pool is excellent and has private security. Overall, highly recommended!

Apartment with an excellent location, we left the car on the street one night, a very busy area but with the security we all look for. Everything was impeccable, a very nice apartment, well-kept, decorated and thought out in detail, bed, pillows, bed linens, towels, everything was impeccable. I took my two pets, it has a super safe balcony, Thank you Yoana for accepting them, they also felt at home. You were a super host, I would definitely come back.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It's modern, well-equipped, and has everything you need. The location is excellent: in a calm and quiet area, close to the river. What was the best part, being so close to the Paraná River - close to the parks along the waterfront, where you can relax, take a stroll, or watch the river with mate. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Rosario.

Very nice apartment in downtown Rosario. I went to the headquarters of the Rectorate of UNR for work and it is very close. Everything is new and impeccable and Fernando is an excellent host!!

Everything was perfect. The place was in excellent condition. Basically I went to sleep but has all the tools if someone wants to cook (toaster, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave,etc.). The split worked perfectly. While it was easy for me, maybe for someone else it's a bit tricky to pull out the key to access the building. They always responded quickly and the entry and egreso guidelines were concrete and clear. Undoubtedly if I would come back to Rosario, I would stay again. Thank you very much!
