Great place, we would come again

My wife and I had a wonderful week in Denmark. The vacation home was quietly located in the vacation home settlement with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and we could have a fantastic breakfast and dinner on the terrace. On a cool day, we also tried the beautiful fireplace, which then brought the house to a comfortable temperature. Also unforgettable was jogging right on the beach, which was only a few minutes' walk away, as well as the wide forest path right behind the settlement. Communication with Hendrik was very good. Unfortunately, due to an error in the booking by us, the basic equipment was not available and he still helped us within an hour. We would like to visit this beautiful place again. Thank you for the time.

We had a great stay at Henrik's farmhouse. The location is quiet and close to the beach and offers all the essentials. The hot tub and sauna are great and we also booked the activity room, which was a favourite among the kids. Communication with Henrik was fast and easy. Definitely recommended.

An absolutely great house that is well maintained. Sauna and swimming pool are very easy to use. Beautiful footpaths in the surrounding area and by bike or car the cities of the surrounding area. However, the contact is not via Holidu, but via the very friendly and helpful owner. We have been to many holiday houses, this is probably hard to beat.

We used Thomas' summer house for a weekend with the whole family and were delighted to have the beach and the sea right in front of the terrace and also to be able to see the waves at any time from inside. The house is large, very quiet and allowed us a few wonderful days together. Thomas was available the whole time, we would always recommend staying at his summer house to anyone!

Susanne is a perfect host, very friendly and organized. The house is spacious and charming in the old town area and a stonesthrow from shops, restaurants, and a terrific art museum. The house is also very nicely furnished. We would all love to stay here again.

We stayed at Signe's beautiful summer house for a week with our three children. Signe is a particularly accommodating & kind host. She has already provided us with relevant information regularly in advance and always responded very promptly to questions. The beach house is well equipped and didn't miss anything. It is very cozy and lovingly furnished. We enjoyed the time very much. The view of the sea is beautiful. The beach invites you to take extensive walks and boules. We have used the fireplace several times, whereby the air conditioner also generates heat very efficiently. We all slept very well and in the morning enjoyed our coffee overlooking the sea mostly in the rising sun. Highly recommended is the nearby cafe or restaurant Rosengarten. Dear Signe, Thank you again for your hospitality and for letting us be your guests.

My family and I were at Anette's house for a long weekend. The house was clean and tidy and with room for 8 adults and 5 children, and the nearby lake was beautiful. Anette was nice and responsive, so the house can clearly be recommended!

My best friends and I had a wonderful stay at Trine’s Strandhuset. It was one of the most beautiful vacations we’ve ever had. The house has a soul – it fills you with so much energy and peace. The endless view of the sea and horizon, the sunrise you could watch from bed, and the sound of the waves – it all felt like something out of a romantic movie. We felt like we were in a small, magical world of our own. It could’ve been the Hamptons or the English coast – there was this beautiful sense of being completely in the moment. The interior and comfort of the house only added to the experience. It’s filled with so much love and attention to detail, and you can feel that Trine and her family spend their summers here, giving the house its heart and soul. We’ll definitely be coming back. It’s a magical place I will never forget. Thank you, Trine, for letting us step into this little world of yours.

The accommodation is a perfect place to enjoy undisturbed peace and nature! The large garden, the personal access to the water invite you to enjoy in fine weather and even if the weather is not quite so optimal, you can comfortably enjoy nature in the house through the large windows during a rain shower ☺️ The contact with Lena was very straightforward and pleasant. The house was beautiful and equipped with some lovely details and we felt welcome right away. The kitchen is very well equipped and makes self-catering very pleasant! Thanks very much.

A super nice and clean house with plenty of space for 3 adult couples, both outside and inside. Large and well-equipped kitchen, 3 good bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cozy living room with sofa, where there is room for everyone. Our family weekend went perfectly. We'd love to come again. Martin is a wonderful host, and everything was clean, nice and very cozy. And Martin's communication was brilliant throughout. I can only recommend others to rent his home if you are going to the Svendborg area.

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful wooden house of Amanda and Henrik. The house was equipped with all the user comforts that we did not use half of (BBQ, TV for example). We enjoyed in their own home between some private stuff from themselves. They stayed in the guesthouse on the same property but we hardly saw them. In any case, they didn't force themselves. We used spotify to look up some songs written by Henrik himself and while listening to the song about Banjo the cat we could see him walking in the garden. The cat did not get close to us. All in all, a nice week and we can recommend a stay to everyone.

The days in the summer house were very nice. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good, but due to this fantastic location and the coziness in the house it was not disturbing at all. Communication with Martin was also great

Had a great weekend getaway at Bo’s place - the place is cozy and we managed very well as four adults between the two sleeping areas. The walk down to the beach is easy (if a little steep at times) and the surrounding area is incredible quiet and peaceful. The house gets good sun (at least in May!) and the outdoor hot tub is a fun addition for cooler evenings. Can really recommend the cottage for a relaxing device free getaway from the city.

Pia was an extremely nice and warm host (who offered us the day of departure, but just to stay for the rest of the day). The days with her were super relaxed and cozy, so right on the beach. It's already special to enjoy the view over the bay from the dining table in any weather... For us - with three adults and children - there was definitely enough space in Pia's Sommerhus... even to retreat in Anneks and do the few work handles that were still necessary despite the vacation. (It certainly makes sense to think about in advance, if you are staying in the passage room to the toilet, so to speak, and who does it in a way out of the way in Anneks, but who looks much less out of the way than expected due to the complex of the property.) We will be happy to come back... and now also know how to move the sliding door between the living room and the bedroom without waking everyone up again. 😉

We have been here for the second time and it's probably not the last. There are all the things you need and then some. Super clean and comfortable beds. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings and just a stone's throw to the sea to go for long walks or take a swim. We would be glad to come back.

A small great house without internet, the location very quiet in a bay. You have to want the tranquility.
