The house is used as a residence for the Store Riddersborg estate, which is 250 meters away. The house has a pool that is 150 cm deep, and a covered terrace for the cool summer evenings. Indoors, there is room for the whole family at the dining table, a large kitchen and two living rooms. There are beautiful sea views to the east. The house is ideal for the large family or several couples.

A 2-person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, allows a total of 4 people to stay. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including shower room and toilet opens up. A window door allows direct exit to the outside area from there.

The home is centrally located on West Lolland in a small village where there are quiet surroundings and virtually no noise from traffic. Your good night's sleep is assured without interruptions. The living room is large enough for the whole family to be together, even if the children are playing or drawing at the dining table, there is still room to enjoy a glass of wine on the sofa at the other end of the living room.

Close to the highway and the Rosengård center you will find us. The annex contains a kitchenette with induction hob, small oven and fridge. Own bathroom/toilet. New nice bed. Everything appears bright and Nordic. Open the patio door and enjoy the time on the terrace or in the garden. During the summer period, the pool can be used freely. Feel free to light a fire in the fireplace.
