I stayed here for 5 weeks and had a great experience. The space was clean and had everything I needed. Carmen was really kind and always quick to respond to any questions or needs I had.

James was a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided prompt access info and instructions. We all loved the relaxing pool, ping pong table in the game room, the space throughout the house, the sound system and grilling on the patio. The details were a wonderful bonus such as the throw blankets, kitchen utensils, and the beach towels and pool toys. Very family friendly home and a great place to retreat.

We had the pleasure of staying at Carolina and Rodney's house. We had a wonderful week, and our kids absolutely loved the house and backyard, which were filled with games, swimming options, and entertainment. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and I would highly recommend staying at their place when in Houston. The house truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you both for the wonderful time we had there!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Khanh and Ha’s. We were worried it would be raining during our stay, but the weather cleared up and we were able to enjoy the pool which was perfect size and depth for us. We picked this place in Katy based off what we knew was safe in the area, however it is a bit of a drive to downtown Houston for activities. Khan and Ha were very responsive even when we had questions in the middle of the night. We had a great quick stay. Thank you Khanh and Ha!

Great stay with a great host. Backyard was absolutely perfect. The pool was amazing and clean. Tons of the perfect pool floats for the kids as well as the adults.

This is a beautiful cozy home with an amazing pool! The management team is very friendly, responsive and they made sure our stay was comfortable at all times. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Our group had such a great time here, the whole house was clean and comfortable. There were so many fun amenities that kept us entertained during our stay but our favorites were definitely basketball and the pool. The space was perfect for the 9 of us and we would absolutely book this place again!

The walk jog trails were amazing. The whole neighborhood was beautiful. Great location to stores and highways.

Every detail in the home reflected his care and dedication to providing a truly personalized experience. The space was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and even more comfortable than I remembered. He anticipated our needs before we could even voice them, which made the entire stay feel effortless. It’s rare to find a host who makes you feel both valued and cared for…Jimnathan does just that!. I’m so grateful we got to return and already look forward to the next visit!

We enjoyed the stay, no issues here. This is a simple 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house with everything you expect from an airbnb. If you're looking for an easy, normal, standalone house then this is a good choice.

We had a wonderful time at Khoa's place. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything looked just like the pictures. Khoa was fast to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Our two week stay at this place turned out wonderful. The fact than stood out the most is the location, the house was close literally to every major area, 3 minutes to Walmart, 5 minutes to the mall, easy access to both major highways in the city. Neighborhood was so clean, nice and safe. The house itself had every basic necessity, turned out to be way bigger than we expected, all appliances worked perfectly. Minh was extremely helpful, welcoming and very quick in communicating. Definitely recommend this place for families or large groups, for short or for long periods. Loved the place.

Shabih’s place was excellent for our family’s stay! We loved being so close to a park and the pack n’ play on site was super helpful. It was great that everything was one level for our multigenerational stay and everything was free of clutter which was super helpful.

Five hour drive to Katy, TX but luckily found the best place to spend the weekend at! Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and neighborhood were all comforting and flawless. Amazing features including endless TV providers and a game room for our kids. Great communication from the host regarding any questions during our stay. All in all 10/10!

Great little house to stay at, just outside of Houston and so worth it. Nice quiet neighborhood in a good area. The place was clean and looked like the pictures, brand new house too. The fenced yard was great for my pup to roam freely, Roland also left two bowls and puppy pads in case they were needed. Roland responded quickly and was always polite. Would definitely stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! The space is stunning—beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of style and comfort. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the thoughtful touches, like a comfortable desk setup and plenty of natural light, made it easy to focus.
