The apartment has been renovated recently, and is quite centric. Atocha train and metro Station are 5 minutes walking, and Sol and the central area is really close (plus you can see many sights of Madrid on your way). The Retiro Park is also a few minutes far away. Perfectly communicated with the city, train and bus stations and airport, with less than 2 minutes walking from the nearest metro station. Taxi stop 5 minutes far away. The "Rastro" (second hand market) is also not far away, and there are tapas bars in the area. We have internet connection. At the moment I'm living with one of my sons there, but we are quite open and easy-going. We would love to share a coffee or beer with you! The room can host up to two people. Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. We've been Airbnb hosts for years, renting out the attic of our own home. Since we didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and love. We hope you like it!

Designer flat, located in the La Latina neighbourhood, is a 160 m2 underground gem that can accommodate up to 4 people. With 2 elegant bedrooms and a separate office with an additional sofa bed. Although it is a ground floor apartment, its refurbished and modern interior surprises with its open and airy style. Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.
