Adelboden 23 km, Grindelwald 36 km. In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The property was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and offers a also fully equipped kitchen, which will also meet higher expectations. Frisch renoviert im November 2022, neue Küche mit elektrischer Herdplatte. Nur Kaltwasser. Das Bad ist im Wohnhaus und darf dort benutzt werden. Das Studio ist einfach, vollständig und zweckmässig ausgerüstet und verfügt über eine offene Küche, ein Badezimmer, sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2-4 Personen (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa für max 2 Personen). Grosse Fenster ermöglichen es, auch im Studio das herrliche Panorama zu geniessen.

The chalet "Villa Chalchsaati" is located in the Kandertal on a plateau 1000mas, directly opposite the Niesen, so called largest natural pyramid in Europe. The property is bordered by a romantic stream and includes a forest to promote biodiversity. The sparsely populated agricultural area is a 15-minute drive from the Spiez motorway exit and is therefore located in the center of the famous places of the Bernese Oberland.

Cozy studio

Small studio in cozy old house. Parking, Wi-Fi available. The apartment is right next to a bus stop. My husband, our 3 school-age children and I also live in the house (above the Airbnb). So you might even hear a few steps from us. The kitchen is fully equipped. Attention! The neighborhood is currently under construction. Construction noise possible! We live on a street and the cars can be heard sometimes.
