Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.

Moments away from abundant walking and cycling trails including Central Otago Rail Trail, Roxburgh Gorge and River Tracks. Nearby the Clutha and Manuherikia rivers offer boating, fishing, swimming and even gold panning.

After cycling & exploring this wonderful region, take a swim in the shallows of the Clutha River (access at the bottom of our site) or relax in the sun on your own balcony.
