We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. This Frank Lloyd Wright inspired villa takes the "city vibe" into the woods, with large windows bringing in light and showcasing the beautiful natural setting. Interior features are open, uncluttered, and incredibly comfortable, with quality at the forefront of our minds in this space.

The Settlers cabin is located 21 miles from Asheville and 12 miles from Chimney Rock State Park. It is located on 9 acres of private property with Mountain View’s all around. A very private setting with a .5 mile concrete paved driveway, one lane. A great way to get your morning or evening walk in. Apple orchards and nature all around. Wifi Hi speed 370+ &Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom is located in the loft a common area with a queen size and a full size bed both accessible from the stairs.

The living room has a flat-screen Roku TV with Netflix, Sling and other streaming apps already installed.
