Jimmy’s is 1 entire farmhouse built in 1864 and renovated in 2021. The house has the usual modern conveniences, as well as lots of character. It is in a rural setting , surrounded by farmland and old agricultural buildings . It is just a 5 mins. walk to Campile village , 10 mins. drive to some of our local beaches . Waterford city is a 30 mins drive as is The Hook Lighthouse . JFK Arboretum and Dunbrody Abbey are of walking distance . We are spoilt with many beautiful restaurants &pubs locally.

The Old Kennedy Farmhouse- 3 bedroom House

A peaceful country house set in the heart of the south east . The 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people with a large kitchen and dining area along with a comfortable sitting room to relax and unwind. The house is located half way between Waterford(20 minutes) that offers the Greenway and New Ross( 15 minutes) with the Dunbrody famine ship and much more. You can experience our fresh milk from the farm, fresh spring water and home baking. The Tranquil setting also has scenic walking trails.

The Swallow's Nest

Please don't come here - If you're looking for big city lights, mod cons & public transport. Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Duncannon beach 15 mins, New Ross 10 mins. Forest, canal, coastal walks and many heritage sites nearby.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Rock Lodge

Nestled at the end of a pot-holed lane , this is a lovely converted stone-built stable block in a peaceful rural location. Situated a few minutes from the beautiful Tintern Abbey and within 15 minutes of the lovely beaches at Duncannon, Cullenstown and Fethard. Both Wexford town and New Ross are within easy reach as are the popular tourist deitinations of Hook lighthouse, Dunbody Famine ship and the Irish National Heritage Centre.

A 5 minute drive to our local car ferry will have you in Waterford City in 20 minutes and the M50 will take you to Dublin AirPort in 2 hours along our beautiful coastline.
