Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible via its own staircase. It is suitable for 2 people and can be expanded with an extra bed for a child (crib, changing table and high chair available if necessary). A 1.60 m wide bed and a sofa bed are provided. TV and Wi-Fi are available.

Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we will charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.
