Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Deißlingen offers charming natural or fortified forest-u.Feldwege, as well as cycling trails. In the village, there are 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, as well as 1 supermarket within walking distance. A hotel with restaurant, a doner snack and a good bourgeois inn are also reachable in a few minutes of walking distance.

Welcome to freedom for your body and mind! Here you will find a wonderfully light-filled place where you can let thoughts and dreams run free. On request also with your favorite animal. The view out of the pointed roof offers a wonderful forest that invites you to walk and cycle. Above the forest is the Klippeneck at an altitude of 1000 meters. It belongs to the sunniest places in Germany.

The cosy Alb-Domizil between Albstadt and Balingen

The light-flooded 2 1/2-room apartment (approx. 78 m²) has a cosy tiled stove with fitted seating area. A wonderful bedroom with large double bed, high-quality and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A bath with shower bathtub and a separate toilet make the domicile round and offer up to four persons a piece of home during holiday and business trip.

Our renovated apartment is lovingly decorated and comprises approx. 65 sqm. It is on the 2nd floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 x 190/200; 1 x 140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi, crib and highchair. The fully furnished in-law is very quiet in a residential area. To Rottweil, the oldest city in Baden-Württemberg, it is only 3 kilometers. The Black Forest and Swabian Alb are right at your doorstep. The apartment is fully equipped and offers everything you would need for a relaxed stay. A parking space directly at the house is also available.
