The house is within a quiet internal courtyard, with private parking (front patio). It offers a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a cosy living room with sofa bed. The bathroom has a newly fitted washer-dryer. To note, the heating system is a pellet (wood) burner only, and so rentals are in spring, summer or early autumn.

Apartment in Susegana

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.

The house has undergone a conservative restoration, which, while maintaining its original appearance, preserves its use for the purposes of the stay and residence.
