Vacation rentals with a pool in Frio River

Our family of 14 had more than enough room to have different activities at one time. Pool was a blessing and family enjoyed evenings swimming and playing. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our family as well. Was close enough to attractions which was also a plus. Thank you for sharing your home this past week.

The setting was serene, the home was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully designed to help you truly relax and let go of any stress you walked in with. The farmhouse exceeded all expectations. Honestly, our favorite day of the trip was the one where we didn’t leave the property—we just stayed put and soaked it all in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows were amazing, and the outdoor space (including the pool!) was everything we could’ve hoped for. There’s not a single thing I would change. We will absolutely be back, and I recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking for a peaceful, restorative getaway. Simply perfect.

Amazing Stay – Perfect House and Location! We had a fantastic time at this property. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the river and all the local attractions. After a day out exploring, it was such a treat to come back and unwind in the pool. Nice place to unwind. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. This place has a nice pool with plenty of lounging chairs . Comfortable bed and pillows . Spacious living room with large dining table. Our family of 10 had an awesome weekend. Our little Yorkie enjoyed running around the fenced yard . It’s about 20 minutes drive from the shops and restaurants. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. Very nice outdoor setting and covered patio with comfortable rocking chairs . We will definitely book this place again on our next visit . Five star rating from the Ong family and our little Yorkie.

great venue, litterally a walks away from a great spot of the river, pool was always cool and the rooms were all comfortable

My family enjoyed this Hilltop resirt. so mu h to do amd beautiful surrounding countryside. The resort does have private river access but it's wasn't a place we got in the river. Lots of wildlife in the area. With the resort on top of a hill it does take 20-30 minutes to get to a from town so be prepared before arriving. There is an area for stargazing that was absolutely beautiful. The amenities are endless the pool was sparkling clean, hot tub was hot! closes at 10PM and there are resort rules like no alcohol or smoking no floatation devices or balls. That did not stop us from enjoying our stay. So many deer in the front yard and all around the resort. just beautiful and peaceful. 10/10 from us.

The condo was ideal with a beautiful view. It was everything we hoped for and enjoyed our stay very much. Caleb is a superb host and we hope to return for another visit.

I was well guided with the instructions and had no problem getting in. everthung was clean and she was very responsive in a timely manner. We really enjoyed the stay and the pool was great.

My family and i enjoyed our stay here for my sons birthday! We had an amazing time at the pool and made burgers out on the grill. My 3 year old baby girl had so much fun at the little playground also. everything was right outside the door. The place was clean and peaceful. The stars at night were beautiful and the sunrise is the morning as well. We are already planning our next trip here. 10/10 recommend.
