In the house, there is a double bed as well as a sofa bed. Outside in the renovated shed, there are two single beds. The accommodation is located between Aneby and Tranås. Nature and exercise trails are within walking distance. Other things to note: Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 50/person. Simple cleaning is done by the guest at checkout.

Välkommen till ett fantastiskt socialt och trevligt hus. Här finns plats för stora familjen eller vännerna att laga mat och umgås. Vill man spela golf så är detta ett utmärkt boende, Tranås GK ligger ett stenkast bort med en trevlig restaurang. Tranås har en vacker natur att vistas i året om, från Villa Linnea har du närheten till tallskogen och bad i sjön Sommen från gemensam brygga. Huset är nybyggt sommaren 2023 och trädgården är under uppbyggnad, där finns en generös altan i soligt läge.

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.
