We had a wonderful stay at this amazing little cottage set on a working farm. The views across the fields were absolutely stunning—truly a breath of fresh air. It was the ideal place to unwind and disconnect. Mary and her team were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They even offered us a later checkout, which was such a kind gesture (though we sadly had to decline as we were eager to get home to see our son). The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a peaceful day. And the complimentary bottle of wine, A lovely touch—it went down very well! The nearby village of East Harling is just a 30-minute walk away and has everything you need for a quiet retreat—whether it’s grabbing some basic groceries or enjoying a drink at one of the friendly local pubs. It’s great not having to rely on the car at all. We would highly recommend this cottage to any couple looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. We’ll definitely be back.

The Gig House was fantastic. Beautifully presented and exactly as described. Situated within beautifully maintained grounds, and just a few seconds stroll to the spa, it was absolutely perfect for our girly getaway! Tan and Hannah’s communication was excellent and they were very helpful. Plus the spa was great, friendly staff, great treatments and lovely outdoor jacuzzi pool with sun loungers to relax and lap up the sunshine. Who could ask for more!

We had a wonderful stay here, felt right at home. Plenty of space for the 6 of us, comfortable sofas and beds, plenty of towels for the hot tub. The surrounding area was beautiful with a short walk to the lake. The hosts came back straight away with my many questions and we are getting a date sorted to book back in next year. One point to make is that there is pub down the road that although google said was open, it isn't at weekends. There is a great little cafe though on the lake that is a 5 minute walk away. Easy to get a food shopping order delivered and a really nice touch of a cake and bottle of wine as we were there celebrating Birthdays. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful little town full of things to do and see (and the beach is not far away). The cottage is really well-appointed and full of cool things. The hot-tub was also a complete luxury!

This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

Pips Cottage was a lovely quaint place, based in a location that opened up lots of other opportunities to get out and about around Suffolk. Ringsfield itself is a sleepy place, with just a pub for leisure time. The cottage was perfect for what we wanted, quiet, but accessible enough to other areas. The cottage is lovely and cosy and had everything you needed for a few days away. Would highly recommend.

We had a most enjoyable stay of 4 nights at The Cart Lodge. Very comfortable for us four adults and two dogs. We enjoyed heading out for part of the day, then returning to sit in the cosy private garden and a spell in the enticing hot tub. Little touches such as having toilet roll provided and bathroom products - soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion - was a thoughtful gesture. It was nice in the evening to chill on the comfy sofas with a bit of TV time, before retiring to our comfy beds. The cottage provided all we needed in a beautiful convenient setting for our short break away in Norfolk. Would thoroughly recommend to anybody looking to stay in this area.

Booked for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday! An unbelievable place to stay with such wonderful hosts, incredibly responsive and answered any questions we had. The outdoor bath/hot tub with the view is such an amazing addition. Everything is perfect about this place, would recommend to anyone and everyone and will definitely be back to stay here again!

Fantastic house , exceptionally well run by hosts. Perfect location. Could not fault a thing.

Our stay was peaceful in tranquil surroundings. The cottage was well equipped with quality furnishings and beds very comfortable. One of our party was in the process of recovering from illness, and after a few days began to feel so much better and by the end of the stay had the best sleep since his diagnosis. Beautiful garden, patio and area. The White horse inn nearby was great for a pint and food if you didn’t want to cook. Central to many attractions in Norfolk.

The cottage is a very beautiful and relaxing stay. Waking up in the morning to the views of fields was stunning but you are also short drives away from Skegness, Gunby Hall, the Aviation Centre and some great pub food. Camilla is so friendly and responsive and allowed us to bring our cat Sophia who also had a great time! The cottage is stunning, spotless and has everything you need and Camilla left a lovely breakfast package when we arrived. We would highly recommend staying here and we’ll definitely be coming back ☺️

We loved Meryl’s cottage. Well equipped and comfortable. Easy to find and lovely walks from the door. Great park too if you have children. We appreciated the off road parking too. Thank you Meryl.

Having Autistic children makes holidays very difficult for us, but this was the best holiday we’ve had! The pool was by far the best bit, we spent hours in it everyday. It was warm and very clean. The cottage was cozy and had everything you needed. Great location, so much to do within a short drive and lovely beaches. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you Andy and Fi xx

wonderful place to enjoy nature , birds , animals , beaches and marshes. house was a window to all . a lovely place for family to visit me whilst visiting from Australia. Local Cafe and the point Cafe Lovely. Amazing walks and sunsets and sunrises .

We had a great stay.lovely cottage in Burnham market which is perfect for shops and great restaurants. Close to 3 beautiful beaches. Our Labrador had a ball! We will be back. Thanks David for a great stay and recommendations!

The cottage was one of the best we have stayed in. Very comfortable and dog friendly.Litcham is a good base for visiting Norfolk and good amenities in the village. Lots of places to walk the dog and the pub was very friendly.

A beautiful cottage in a private, pretty and quiet area, but walkable to a very good pub with great food and the is beach very close too. The cottage was perfect and had everything you needed plus Victoria and Bertie were very good hosts. The cottage is a great base to get to all the pretty costal towns, and in a quiet setting.

Garden cottage is so comfortable and tastefully decorated throughout. spotlessly clean. Emily and Aaron are superb hosts not at all intrusive. Highly recommend

lovely flint cottage, perfect for a couple. The place was spotlessly clean. Bed was super comfy and so was the settee. Close to the norfolk coastal path. Be carefull getting lost in the saltmarsh at stiffkey. Nice walk to wells and cley worth a visit as well. If you are going to eat out at the pub you have to book in advance as we found out.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was exactly as described and had such a homely feel. The bathroom was just stunning and the beds were comfortable. We went with our dog and she seemed settled straight away, great to have a bit of garden that’s gated so there’s freedom outside for dogs. We would recommend going to visit Old Hunstanton; the beach was lovely as was the area.

A wonderful, peaceful few days at this cottage. It was a perfect location for us to visit the tulip fields and to visit beaches! Derrie was a brilliant host and answered any and all questions/ concerns. A small area that would have been nice would be to have a bit more modern, comfortable and cleaner garden furniture. The garden is beautiful and it is very peaceful so we would have spent more time in the garden if this had been the case! Overall, fantastic stay and would recommend

Our third stay at the cottage. So homely and comfortable. Also very elegant and spotlessly clean. Angie leaves a welcome basket with essentials and treats, and she has really tried to think of everything you might need. Communication is excellent. It is the most beautiful area. So peaceful. Not too far to travel to the sea and surrounding villages and towns. We love this area of Norfolk, people are generally very hospitable and welcoming to tourists. I even found a car park in Cley (a very pretty busy little village with lovely walks around the marshes) which was free with a recommended donation.

I booked this as a last minute stay with my husband and 2 children aged 7 &9, we were not disappointed. The cottage is well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a great location. There are local pubs within walking distance; the Rose and Crown also has a children’s play area in the garden. Hunstanton is a 10 minute drive away. The hosts were lovely and very friendly. We had some lovely chats with them and they welcomed my children to help feed the wild ducks and ducklings who had taken up home in their beautiful back garden. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Our stay at School Cottage was perfect! The location was great, nice and private area, and we were able to get to our destinations easily via car. The cottage was stunning, the space was open and beautiful with everything you would need. The rooms were great and had their own toilet / shower space each. It was perfectly dog friendly, the garden fully secure and great to let him out without concern!
