The property is located about 1 km from beautiful bike/walking path along the sea to Stråvalla beach/swimming area (about 3 km) with kiosk(summer time), playground, parking and large separate animal beach. The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, porcelain, etc. (no stove). Dishes are left with the host and replaced. Baby cot (0-3 years) and baby chair can be arranged on request.

"Best" sea view, 200 meters from family-friendly sandy beach. Viken is one of the most popular places all year round for kiters and surfers. Immediate proximity to nice bike paths and beautiful walks to different coves, cliffs with trampolines. To the train station in Åsa, about 3 km. Bus stop 150 meters. To Varberg 30 km. Kungsbacka 25 km, Ullared 40 km, Gothenburg 50 km.

Sjögärde golf course can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. Stättareds 4H farm is 15 minutes by car. To Liseberg it takes about 35 minutes and to Ullared 45 minutes.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
