A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (about 100 square meters) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. The apartment for 2 people is located on the upper floor of the house with direct access to the horse stable. The North Sea is only a few kilometers away and can be reached via beautiful bike paths. If you want to bring your horse, this is also a possibility. A riding arena and an indoor riding arena are available. On the farm there are horses, cows, 2 dogs, chickens, geese and 2 people :)

Our village is a small round village with 15 houses and is nestled between meadows and fields. Your dog is also a welcome guest and has enough space to let off steam. The garden belonging to the apartment is completely fenced.
