Located directly on the canal in the backyard is the loft on the second floor with a roof terrace. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and spacious interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. An open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with 4 plates, fridge and many extras that hobby chefs want. Kayaks/SUPs are on site and included.

Our holiday home is in the very town centre and has a sauna as well as a lovely closed yard which offers privacy and protection against the wind. All facilities are within a short walking distance. Lütt Hus on the dike - As the name implies - it is small and beautiful! Perfectly equipped, provided with individuality. The Wadden Sea, Fuhlenhörn swimming area, farms, a unique landscape, the right place for deep relaxation and recreation. We live next door - but not always and look forward to nice guests. For our guests we are always available by phone, email or WhatsApp. Our cleaning lady makes sure that everything shines and will make up the beds on request.

Apartment in a rural setting

Vacation in the countryside! Small attic apartment on a farm. Husum and Friedrichstadt are about 10 minutes away by car. Here on Eiderstedt we are close to the North Sea. Parking is available right next to the entrance. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed + single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. We are a family of four and run a small hobby farm with cattle, sheep and chickens (no petting zoo).

Bikes and everything you need are safely accommodated in the Swedish cottage. The terrace and the garden with a barbecue fireplace invites you to sit outside on warm summer evenings.

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

The large, cozy apartment is on the upper floor of our house, a 120-year-old thatched, former agricultural building. Here, peace and quiet are guaranteed, as the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac.
