A beach chair and a large table with chairs for working and eating allow an indoor and outdoor stay. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and generous interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. Ideally suited for two people, this small apartment is on the ground floor. On request, three people can stay here, the third person may sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this seaside apartment, the Nordstrandnixe is located over land.

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.

The large, cozy apartment is on the upper floor of our house, a 120-year-old thatched, former agricultural building. Here, peace and quiet are guaranteed, as the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Drage is a very quiet and family-friendly 600 soul village and has a swimming spot right on the Eider for fresh cooling in summer. The North and Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car or via beautiful surrounding bike paths. The FW has seating in the garden, as well as a TV and numerous games for shooting weather days.

On approx. 65 square meters in the middle of the old town you will find pure peace and relaxation, but also a perfect starting point for exploring Germany's North Sea coast.
