Shops and good restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Our room is equipped with 1 TV and 1 private separate toilet located on the ground floor with terrace access in a wood frame extension.

The property is perfectly suited for a short trip to the Black Forest. This trendy accommodation offers many charming details. On the small balcony of the kitchen you can relax perfectly after you have prepared something delicious to eat in the new kitchen. You share the bathroom and kitchen with 2/3 other guests who live in another room. In the house with you is the kindergarten, which you occasionally hear, but which does not bother you. Bienvenue dans notre chambre d'amis, au calme avec sa vue sur les toits et la Forêt Noire au loin, et sa petite salle de bain privative. Le reste de l'appartement est bien sûr également disponible et ouvert, et nous apprécions d'approfondir les rencontres quand le temps le permet, discuter au coin du feu en hiver, sur la terrasse au soleil pour les beaux jours, ou partager un repas ensemble et apprendre à se connaître. Et si vous aimez les chats, le nôtre est très câlin.
