Located in the quaint residential village of San Quirico which is surrounded by rolling hills of vineyards, hazelnut orchards and fairytale castles. It is the perfect home-base to explore by hiking and biking the famous hills of Alta Monferrato. Just a short drive from the ancient Roman Aqueducts of Acqui Terme, beautiful rivers and swimming holes, as well as many Vineyards where you can taste local wines.

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub.
