We had an amazing experience for my sister’s bachelorette trip! Beautiful space and very attentive host. Walking distance to king street with great restaurants and shopping. Having an ensuite in every room was a huge perk. Highly recommend!

The Iris is the perfect place to stay for a long weekend! Check- in was seamless. Everything was clean and well thought out. The Iris is close to King St and surrounding restaurants/coffee shops! I would definitely recommend!

This was a great find for a long weekend! Lots of cool restaurants, not too far from the heart of it all. Beds were comfy, air conditioning was cold, and the place was immaculate.

We went to Charleston for a much needed long weekend! We had looked at hotels and resorts but wanted a place where we weren’t stuck in a hotel room. This place had all of the amenities of a nice hotel but a lot of room and privacy! House was clean and well designed, pool was nice and private. Walkable to Charleston’s stores and restaurants and attractions (bring comfy shoes). Courtney was responsive and helpful.

Our weekend stay at Joyner’s place was wonderful! She let us drop our bags off before check in so we didn’t have to haul them around the city. She also gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations before our arrival so we were able to make reservations ahead of time. The location was perfect! Right in the middle of shops and restaurants. The large balcony on the back was a nice addition. However , the view is of a restaurants dumpster area. The apartment was clean and stocked with some everyday essentials. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second visit to Matthew’s place. We love that location and ability to walk everywhere we wanted. It seems the restaurant employees that have a back entrance near door to elevator entrance have put out all the lights so it was dark but we never felt uncomfortable. We did have to walk through their smoke often. This is in no way the responsibility of Matthew but just something to be aware of. We did appreciate how super quiet and dark the bedroom got, we slept great!

Bryan was great and accommodating. The space had great amenities.

Colleen was really communicative and the place was super cute. It was clean and close enough to walk to King St. We had a great stay!

This was one of best places I’ve ever been. The home was very beautiful, the surroundings was pristine. The bed was so comfortable we had to ask the host what type it was and he responded. We’ll rate our experience a 12/10 because we can’t wait to return

This was our second time staying here! It's so clean and they have put a lot of intention and thought into their space! 2 minute walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants! Perfect location! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

We had to get in touch with the Quarters because there are 2 doors and instructions weren’t clear. They were in touch right away. Excellent location. Everything is walkable including going over to the water. Beautiful!

This property was exactly as advertised and more. It was plenty of room for two couples, in an adorable neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and businesses. Many great restaurants nearby. The Stay Duvet team was very responsive and helpful even got us in a bit early. The backyard area was a delightful bonus which we enjoyed. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Charleston. We had the best time, in this charming southern city!

The location is great and close to so many places to shop, eat and enjoy. I will definitely be back!

This cute carriage house was perfect for us (two people). Great location, nice furnishings, big kitchen, washer/dryer, and very comfortable bed. Loved the little courtyard that was a quiet place to sit and relax even though there is so much going on around only half a block off King St. Wouldn't change a thing. We parked at a (still pricey) public parking garage a block away that was recommended by our host, which was half the price of the adjacent surface parking lot. Good advice! Curtis was helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if have the chance!

We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this place! From a sweet welcome gift to the easy communication, everything was thoughtful and well done. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore Charleston - very walkable. We had a wonderful time and truly appreciated having such a kind and responsive host. What a beautiful location! Some of the most stunning sunsets I've ever seen! Great grocery store conveniently located close by! Close to restaurants and shopping!

We absolutely loved our stay. The description says it’s perfect for a girls trip, but Trish made it feel like home for everyone! Our little family loved the convenience of the location and the amenities were fantastic. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Alex is an amazing host. The place was very clean and inviting and was just the perfect spot to chill and unwind from a busy day. They paid attention to all the small details and were really clear on not only the listing's description, but the overall communication as well. Would certainly stay here again.

My wife, 2 year old son and I stayed here for a week while we were on holiday in Charleston. The space was very large and had tons of room for us to relax and my son to play. It had a great balcony that overlooked the pool area. The pool was very nice and even had a massive kids pool that was shaded. It was also in a great location as the airport was about 15 minutes, downtown about 35 (shorter without traffic) and Sullivan’s Island beach access in about 45 minutes (shorter without traffic). My only comment on the space was it can be a little loud at times since you’re right above the pool and the event room. But all of the guests did follow the rules and everything was quiet by 10PM. If you’re looking for a great location, with a pool and great area outside the city, this is the place! Will recommend to anyone traveling here especially with kids!
