House vacation rentals in French Flanders

We enjoyed our stay at Segolene's place very much. It was comfortable and the surroundings -- estate, pool, gym, sauna -- were very peaceful. The town surrounding the estate, as others have mentioned, does not have much going on. We went out to Arras (about 30 min. drive) to go out to eat one day. We enjoyed both the pool and sauna during our stay. Segolene's communication was great at check-in and during our stay. We had one mishap before we arrived where our booking was accidentally cancelled, apparently by Airbnb, and the communication there between Segolene's cohost and Airbnb Support was very unclear and confusing to us. But, all was solved as we were able to rebook on the phone with Airbnb. One other thing that did not work so well for us was the internet in the apartment - we needed to use our hotspot to stream movies and it would not be suitable for working if you needed to do so. But we had basic service otherwise.

Had a very nice stay! Beautiful surroundings between the fields, ideal for relaxing and also a wonderful place for our two daughters to live out in the garden. A lamb was born during our stay, so that was completely nice for our daughters. 😊

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home! It is a super nice place with a large swimming pool. In addition, there was a separate room with a pool table, darts and a bar, ideal for those who wanted to chat in the evening or listen to some music. A big plus was that this space was a little further away from the cottages. This way, those who wanted to go to sleep earlier could enjoy themselves quietly, without being bothered by the noise. Furthermore, it was also very nice that ponies and horses bordered the house. It immediately gave a cozy, rural atmosphere and the children loved seeing the animals. All in all had a top vacation!

Very spacious house, ideal for a group of friends. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean, also certainly enough bathrooms. We did not lack anything, basic things like kitchen towels, oil and coffee are present. There was also a cot, chair and toys provided for our baby. It was quite chilly in the house and we were unable to turn on the heating, but we were able to warm ourselves by the fireplace in the evening. We loved our weekend getaway!

Wonderful weekend stay! We had a great weekend at this beautiful vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is spacious, cozy and equipped with all the comforts you could wish for. The layout of the rooms is perfect and the beds were made to our preference. Everything we needed was present, so we didn't have to worry about anything. We enjoyed the entertainment room, what a fantastic addition! We enjoyed ourselves there. In addition, the beautiful weather played a role, so we could fully enjoy the walk through the nature of Roesbrugge. Nathalie responded quickly to questions and sent all the info and codes beforehand. This ensured everyone's reassurance. In short, a perfect weekend stay that we recommend to everyone.

Just returned back from Franck’s place and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The garden was great with a lovely heated pool and very nice outdoor furniture. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Franck was incredibly attentive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. There are some very nice bakeries and restaurants locally and the location is perfect for going to visit places like Lille, Lens and Arras. We would happily stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at Isabelle's house. The contact with co-host Rolande went well. Sometimes it was a bit difficult, because we don't speak a common language. Beautiful house with four bedrooms and bathrooms, of which 3 bathrooms are ensuite. Nice swimming pool in a large garden that could be used for a fee. Flexible and thoughtful hosts, very nice! Some things to consider (especially with children) are the many nettles in the grass. Recommended!

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Ieper. Natalie was a very considerate host and communication was excellent. We had a longer stay and it really felt like home. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed - modern, sleek and stylish. The lounge is very comfortable and the balconies also offer another way to enjoy the flat. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything is high quality. The toilet is upstairs from the bedrooms so may be an issue for the very young or old or if there are mobility issues. The garage was extremely useful as we had a car and the location couldn’t be better - just two minutes from the centre. We had a wonderful time in Belgium and our stay in Ieper was made all the more enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s outstanding flat and her hospitality.

Wonderful place with great restaurants nearby & nice surroundings. Laundromat very close by, too, if needed. Pay careful attention to the parking instructions. We had a great stay & would love to return.

It is truly a beautiful house with everything you need. It felt more like a hotel than a gîte, so luxurious and equipped with everything. The house is clean, spacious and super luxuriously equipped. Not far from the sea, supermarket, pharmacy, and yet very quiet location! We definitely hope to come back again. Thank you, Francine and Marjorie!

One of the very best places we have stayed. Genuine kind and thoughtful welcome, spotlessly clean with modern light furnishing. It was so lovely to stay we would have been just as happy not going out and enjoying the comforts and garden of the property. We would have loved to extend our stay. Next time might try to use it as a base for some local bike rides. The owners have done a fantastic job and the many glowing reviews are well deserved!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Peaceful, rural, modern and opening out to all the beauty surrounding it. Very well equipped kitchen! A couple of small issues due to being in the country, but Laura was very responsive, and it would certainly not put us off returning

We had a wonderful weekend! The accommodation was very nice, practical and well-equipped. The garden is really a plus with the dog. The accommodation is a 30-40 minute walk to the beach and the small restaurant recommended by the hosts is really great! The host's communication and instructions were perfect.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Once we entered the garden of the cottage, we lost track of time and were able to fully enjoy the place to relax. Fanny is very friendly and makes a point of honor that everything is perfect.

We had a great stay. Everything was present and even with small children (2y & 1y). Lena even installed a gate on the stairs for the children's safety! Nature & tranquility, nice walks.

A real gem in the countryside for those looking for calm and relaxation... In a green and peaceful environment while being close to the points of interest of the region, the accommodation is as well located as it is charming and well equipped... like this simply fantastic HOT TUB! Finally, Cathy and her husband are simply adorable and available... so of course I recommend this accommodation without hesitation!

Beautiful cocooning cottage with its clean decoration impeccable hygiene, towel linen provided shower gel hand wash,a small courtyard with its sauna, its sun bedspreads and sieve lights, a huge jaccuzzy very clean, everything is nice as in the photos , little attention from the hosts who are happy and above all very nice , very responsive everything is there for you to spend a magical night thank you amelie and maxime to give happiness to people via their unusual cottage while waiting to come back to test the cave we will come back with immense joy 😊 aurelie and thierry 😊😊🥰

A superb stay in the heart of Ypres This delightful townhouse offered the perfect base for our visit to Ypres. Ideally located just moments from the Menin Gate, it was not only comfortable and spacious, but also superbly hosted by Tibo, who welcomed us with an unexpected and generous array of gifts – including beer, wine, biscuits, and chocolate. Our group of eight made full use of the modern amenities and relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to explore the region with ease and return each day to a shared living space, unlike the divided experience of hotel rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again and highly recommend it as a warm, characterful alternative to the more impersonal local hotels.

We had a great weekend in a very well-equipped house, as confirmed in the listing. Impeccable cleanliness. The outdoor environment with terrace and jacuzzi is very much appreciated!
