It is located in a well-kept house with separate entrance, away from big city noise and yet close. Parking is directly outside the property. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the center by car or tram. Beauty salon and supermarkets NETTO next door. By car only 5 minutes to the highway A17und 20 minutes the airport. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).
