Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön! Tolle Lage und tolles Chalet. Alles war wirklich super. Einziger Punkt, der uns etwas irritiert hat, waren die Check in und Out Zeiten. Check in ist erst ab 16 Uhr.. wobei wir eh aufgrund der Arbeit erst später anreisen konnten, jedoch 10 Uhr auszuchecken, ist recht sportlich.. Hatten dies, nicht so richtig auf dem Schirm und haben verschlafen, daraufhin habe ich den Gastgeber kontaktiert und erklärt, dass wir verschlafen haben und erst gegen 10:30 auschecken würden. 10:25 klopft ein Mann an und ohne weitere Worte geht er ins Chalet um den Hot Tub zu reinigen. Kein Hallo oder Tschüss. Natürlich müsste man beim buchen auf die Zeiten selber achten, dies ist bei uns untergegangen. Trotzdem war alles andere super und ich kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen !

This apartment is as pictured. Very clean and inviting. You do have to park about a short block from the apartment and if you want to use the laundry, you have to pay for it, but the location is great. It is close to Salzburg without the city crowds. The views are amazing and there is shopping close if you want to cook. The 1.5 baths are nice and the pool is great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean apartment outside of the city limits of Salzburg.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Le gite tenu par Maikel et Britt est magnifique et très bien situé dans un cadre de moyennes montagne (1350 m) situé au pied du Hochkönig dans un cadre bucolique et reposant. Maikel et Britt sont très accueillants et conviviaux, toujours présents pour de bons conseils. le gite est très propre, spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec gout. Le sauna est fort utile après une bonne ballade. Le village de Mühlbarch am Hochkönig est situé en contre bas à 5 km dans une petite vallée au centre de nombreuses randonnées et aussi une station de ski familiale. Nous recommandons.

A beautiful, large, comfortable, quiet well-stocked and relaxing space in a gorgeous setting, exactly like in the photos. Christine is an experienced, kind-hearted and warm host who greeted us warmly and took a lot of time to introduce us to the area. She even and drove us around to point out sights, restaurants and parking. We could easily take a 30 min bus right into Salzburg one day and also drive to a choice of beautiful lakes, in addition to many nearby sights and hikes.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Als Gruppenreise wirklich perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und enthält alles was benötigt wird! Besonders toll fanden wir das warme Fass!

This was a perfect fit for our family. The grocery was an easy walk around the corner. The bus stop was a block away for access to everything in Salzburg and the train station. Thank you Helmut for the wonderful hospitality and all the local guidance.

La casa si trova in una località molto bella in mezzo ai prati ed ha un grazioso giardino. L' interno è spazioso e pulito. Gisela è una host disponibile e gentile. Decisamente consigliata

many thanks Gabi, had a great short stay in Salzburg with a few friends. Center is easily accessible by bus, quite neighbourhood and a SPAR and a bakery accessible by foot. The place was cozy and lots of room for 5 people. Would definitely book it again!

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen! Super gemütlich , top Ausstattung zum Kochen, toller Balkon zum Frühstücken, hervorragende Lage für Ausflüge und Wanderungen! Simone ist eine super kommunikative und sympathische Gastgeberin! Wir erhielten tolle Tips für Ausflüge und konnten uns immer an sie wenden , wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir kommen wieder!! :)

Wir hatten einen bezaubernden Aufenthalt in Anitas Gästehaus und können jedem einen Besuch im Berchtesgadener Land nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Wohnung war tadellos, sonnig und sehr hübsch - alles, was wir zum Ausruhen und Erkunden brauchten. Anita stand uns zur Verfügung, um uns Tipps für Wanderungen und Restaurants zu geben. Obwohl die Wohnung in der Nähe der Landstraße liegt, hört der Verkehr in der Nacht auf. Ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Gastfreundschaft!

This apartment was perfect! About a 20 min walk from the train station and about a 15 minute walk to city center along the river. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with what we needed, and the bathrooms were clean. It’s located on a quiet street and we felt safe. Grocery store is only 2 mins away. Would highly recommend.

Rea's apartment is wonderful - it's very big with one vast, one normal-sized and one smaller bedroom. It's light and airy and we particularly liked that you could walk outside into the kitchen/dining room, the huge bedroom and the normal-sized one without going through the internal corridor. The one bathroom is huge and contains a bath-cum-shower. The beds are comfortable, and 5 people could easily sleep there. Rea herself was so smiling, friendly and welcoming - it was a pleasure to meet her and her son. Eugendorf village centre is about 800 metres down the road, with the shops you would need. (Prices are extremely high : but this is the case everywhere in this part of Austria.) The S-Bahn station is down the road, and there is one train an hour into Salzburg Hbf. The wifi was good in parts of the apartment, particularly the kitchen area. The piano can be played, but it needs a tune and a general revision 😀. I enjoyed playing it nevertheless. All in all we loved our stay- thanks!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Wohnung! Alles war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch war der Pool direkt im gleichen Gebäude. Die Lage ist top – in ein paar Minuten ist man am See oder bei der Schafbergbahn. Ideal, wenn man gerne wandert oder einfach die Natur genießen möchte. Der Check-in war total unkompliziert und der Gastgeber war super hilfsbereit – mit vielen tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Besonders schön war auch der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge – einfach traumhaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Le logement est mignon, très agréable, bien équipé avec en sus de quoi occuper par journées pluvieuses (livres, jeux de sociétés...) sans compter les activités disponibles annexes (piscine, sauna, solarium, fitness, salle de jeu pour enfants, table de ping pong). De plus il est idéalement situé au carrefour de villes telles que Munich, Salzbourg et Innsbruck. Oberaudorf à elle seul vaut le détour et d'autant plus que le Tyrol est à portée pour varier les excursions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour détente en Allemagne. Ce fut un petit bout de paradis.

I can't recommend highly enough. Such a stunning location within easy reach of all amenities yet totally peaceful. Loved the balcony for morning coffee and mesmerizing views. Refreshing pool with infrared sauna available from early till late. The hosts were really responsive, so friendly and easy to deal with. Loved the games room and the lovely walks directly from the property. Really close to so many beautiful hikes, Salzburg and many other cities are within easy reach. Mondsee Lake is stunning, enjoyed an early morning swim and found a wonderful spot (recommended by the hosts) to watch a magnificent sunset.

Byl jsem zde ubytovaný s dvouletým synkem, a bylo to skvělé! Navíc byla možnost se koupat ve venkovním bazénu, což v tomto horku bylo velmi příjemné. Pokoj byl krásně čistý a velmi estetický, a terasa poskytovala nádherný výhled. Paní hostitelka byla velmi přívětivá a rychle nám odpovídala na zprávy. Ubytování jsme rezervoval na poslední chvíli, ale ničemu to nevadilo. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme...

This apartment was a gem! The scenery was gorgeous. Our place was spotless and the blinds and patio were awesome. Christina was very communicative and quick to respond. She even left suckers on the kids’ pillows. The kids garden and pool were also very nice. I would recommend this place to others.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, die Wohnung ist genau richtig was die Größe betrifft. Auch das Schwimmbad war nach langen Wandertagen immer eine Erholung. Vor allem der Blick vom Balkon auf Watzmann und Jenner ist definitiv eine Erwähnung wert. Die Innenstadt war je nachdem wo man hin will auch in 10-20 min fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Alle weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten waren mit dem Auto in 5-10 min erreichbar. Das Gebäude liegt auf einem Hang, man muss also zum Beladen mit dem Auto hoch und es etwas weiter unten parken. Das ging auch problemlos. Kurzum: wirklich empfehlenswert!

Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der Außenbereich wurde mit so viel Liebe gestaltet, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Es ist alles genau so wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage bei Katrin und Ihrer Familie und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!
