The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

Cozy, quiet apartment in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Freiburg. The city center is easily accessible on foot. The apartment is located in the basement with separate access through the garden. The apartment is functionally and comfortably furnished with cooking facilities, shower/toilet, garden seating and free parking. It is excellently connected to public transport and in the immediate vicinity you will find all the shops as well as restaurants and cafes.

The open living area is enhanced by exposed wooden beams and features a dining table surrounded by stylish chairs. A swing hangs from the ceiling, and natural light filters in through the roof windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

It is not an apartment for people who want to stay cheaply somewhere, as it is not a typical apartment!
