The 70 m², self-contained apartment is on the 1st floor of a modernized former farmhouse with panoramic views in a quiet secluded location and yet close to the town center. Parking is right at the entrance. The house is a bit light-sounding, especially footstep noise is audible. 2 rooms (bedroom and living room with sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen-living room and a 20 m², well-insulated conservatory. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
