Die 70m2 große, abgeschlossene Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. OG ist eines modernisierten ehemaligen Bauernhofes mit Panoramablick in ruhiger Alleinlage und dennoch nahe am Ortskern. Parkplatz direkt am Eingang. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, besonders Trittschall ist hörbar. 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) eine gut eingerichtete Wohnküche und ein 20m2 großer, gut isolierter Wintergarten. Beautiful 1 1/2 room apartment in our detached house. Perfect for 2 persons. A sofa bed is available in the living room (ideal for a third person or 2 children). Ideal location for trips to Europa Park, Kaiserstuhl or Freiburg or France. The small, friendly village is surrounded by vineyards and in a few minutes' drive you can reach many shopping facilities, a bus connection is given and the highway can also be reached in 3 minutes.

There is also a spacious outdoor seating area, a lockable bicycle shelter, and 2 car parking spaces right by the house. Beautifully located between vineyards, towards the end of a cul-de-sac, here you can enjoy your vacation here in peace.

There is an excavator lake nearby ( it may be bathed)

Das Mini Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang und eine große Terasse, um in ruhiger Umgebung entspannen zu können. Das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist klein aber geräumig. Wenn zwei Personen buchen sollten Sie sich gern haben, das Bett ist 1,40m breit. Die Küche ist nur für kleine und einfache Zubereitungen ausgestattet. Fragen beantworten wir jederzeit gerne.

Dear guests, our apartment is located in a house newly built in 2022. The outdoor area around the house is not yet 100% finished. However, this does not affect your stay with us. You will find enough cozy places on the farm. We warmly welcome you! A guest fee of €1 per person per night must be paid on site.
