Shawn's place was like heaven on earth with a deck overlooking the water, peaceful and very clean. He was extremely helpful and accommodating; allowed me to check in early and responded quickly to meeting to my requests. He also left us a welcome gift - cold drinks in the refrigerator. I would totally recommend his place.

Host is accommodating, property manager is helpful, and the neighbors are friendly. Overall it was a great stay. Highly recommend.

It was good to see that you responded immediately to any questions we had. It is obvious that you take great care of the place, and the cleaning staff we met were kind and friendly. We also appreciated the flexible checkout schedule so that we didn't have to wait at the ferry terminal for a long time. Thanks again for hosting us on our trip to Grand Bahama!

The host accompanied by her husband were the perfect fit for this trip. We had missed the turn to the unit and they stayed on the phone until we had arrived safely. They made us feel like home by just engaging in smalll conversation. That was a unique bonus feature. The unit itself was exactly as pictured and it was beautiful. I would highly recommend this quiet guest space to others who wish for a cozy and quiet getaway with all the modern fixtures. They will definitely see me again.

My family and I spent a wonderful week at Steven's place. The location is incredible - gorgeous view of the ocean from the condo, steps from the pristine white sand private beach with crystal clear water, and an easy 10-15 minute drive to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go on the island (definitely recommend renting a car when staying here). The pool was also a plus (a huge hit with our 7 and 9 year old). Other pros - the place is really cute, comfortably furnished (incl. very comfortable beds), fresh new linens, ample towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Both Steven and the Property Manager, Christine, were highly responsive, and they even went out of their way to help us find a local babysitter. We would definitely stay here again!

Allamanda Court is a well-located and quiet complex. The beach is about a 10 minute walk, the grocery store and Port Lucaya is about 10 minutes by car.

I highly recommend Lisa’s apartment for a short or long stay in Grand Bahama. She is very welcoming and helpful. The place was easy to find, it’s a small complex in a very quiet neighborhood, and my two active boys loved venturing out and looking at the fish and playing by the pool. There’s a short cut to the main road and the marketplace is a ten min walk max. A grocery store is a 20min walk away. Very central apartment with a true island feel!

Great place that was conveniently located to everything!

Totally relaxing and had an early day so took advantage of the pool. Had to extend my trip at short notice and they made it happen. Definitely no disappointments

Abby's place was clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and felt like home away from home. The condo and beach were beautiful and everything was exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

This is our third day with Arjet, everything was great and we would definitely stay again. Beds super comfy and air-conditioning works great, great view of the bay!

I’ve just returned from a 4 week stay. I LOVED my time there. Coral Beach is a bit dated, but that for me is its charm. The studio was as described and everything worked. There was everything I needed, from kitchen equipment to towels (including pool/beach towels), bed sheets, great storage, lots of hangers, room for clothes etc. The bed was a bit squeaky, but also comfortable for me. The studio faces east, so you can watch the sun rise from the bed or balcony! The parking space was useful. I didn’t realise before going that there is also pickleball, library/games room with ping pong table, clothes shop, hairdressers/beauty salon on site. The restaurant too was excellent. Erin was very quick to respond to any questions, and very helpful and friendly. I very much appreciated a late check out. I hope to be back.

If you want a relaxing low-key vacation this is the place. The grounds are kept up really nice, the pool was nice. Loved that the gorgeous beach was literally steps down from pool. The Beach was gorgeous! The pool bar/restaurant is nice and all the workers were great taking care of us. You were able to walk to the port to enjoy the shops and other restaurants. It's more of an older crowd but like I said it great for a low-key vacation.
