Monthly Rentals in Free Soil

Gabriel and his rental exceeded our expectations and provided for a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing getaway. Gabriel accommodated us on extremely short notice after we had an issue with another rental. Even on short notice, the rental was spotless and had everything we needed for a great trip. We so appreciated his welcoming hospitality! Both the humans and dogs loved swimming in the river on the property, having bonfires outside, and both the front and back porches were great for lounging. We loved having nearby access to so many adventures (kayaking, Manistee, beaches, etc), while also appreciating the privacy, nature, and space at the Airbnb itself. During our stay the days were sunny in the low 80s, and without air conditioning, we found it to be extremely comfortable sleeping with all the air flow from all the windows. We were able to keep the house cool and comfortable. I would love to stay here again! We wish we had more time there and hope to be back! Great rental & host!

Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived. Maria had such a nice setup with the picnic table, corn hole and fire pit. We only wish we could have enjoyed it. It was certainly a cozy camper and we felt right at home. The "master" bed was comfortable but my friend said the top bunk had little to no cushion. The sheets/comforters as well as the bath towels were fresh and clean. There was no binder with instructions for checkin/checkout and these instructions, along with things to do in the area, were only communicated through Airbnb. I'm "old school" and would have preferred both forms as I missed seeing the official checkout information until after we left the place.

Fun little cabin in the woods, we stayed here after a trip on the ferry. Was the perfect relaxation and laundry spot.
